BOATYARD SERVICES

We offer a range of useful boatyard services, including craning, lift hold and launch, washing, boat storage, mast/engine lifts, labour and workboat callouts. Services are carried out either by marina staff or by authorised contractors; these include Trout’s Boatyard, MS Marine and Ash Marine (the marina office will never issue boat keys to any individual or organisation without the owner’s consent). The marina staff have completed British Marine courses to ensure they are competent in the safe lifting of boats and the safe operation of workboats and forklift trucks. Please note that the marina sub-lift can lift a maximum of 12 tonnes; our crane can lift a maximum of 12 tonnes. For more information about boatyard services, please call the office on 01395 269 314 or complete the contact us form.

STORAGE

Most boat owners have their craft lifted ashore during the winter, so they can carry out essential maintenance work and give the hull a chance to dry out. At Exmouth Marina we can crane-lift boats out of the water, or use the slipway for small craft on trailers. We also have a large dry-storage facility close to the marina, at Camperdown Terrace Yard,. Water and metered power are available, and boats can be safely repaired, re-painted and generally refurbished. The site is protected by 24hr CCTV surveillance. If you would like to see the yard or enquire about availability, please get in touch.
