DELIVERY INFO

Our standard delivery to UK Mainland is £5.95 and free with orders over £75. We send orders via Royal Mail and sometimes a signature will be required on delivery. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card should be left from the Royal Mail to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 2:00pm. Please also note that we cannot offer next day delivery to the Highands and Islands and BFPO addresses.

If you live in the East Devon catchment area, why not order online and collect from the Harbour office located in Exmouth, Devon. This service is free of charge.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please either drop item into the Harbour office or return to us at Exmouth Marina, The Docks, Exmouth, Devon, EX8 1DU (Please ensure you get a proof of postage when returning an item in the post). You can request a refund or exchange*. We can refund or exchange any products that are purchased within the last 45 days. All items returned must be in perfect saleable condition. We reserve the right to decide if an item is sellable. If an item is not sellable we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
